•    The file should be supplied in PDF format. The file can be uploaded to LEVENT OFSET FTP or sent through any file transfer platform (Wetransfer.com, Google Drive etc.). FTP server login details are given by the sales manager.
•    Each part ( front/end sheets, cover, dust jacket, foil etc. ) of the book/journal should be sent in a seperate pdf file .
•    For the revision of the documents that print proofs are sent, please only send back the pages that are revised.
•    All pages of the documentshould be sent together. If the file is bigger than 2 GB, it should be split in two or more parts. 
•    We will send you the cover layout. You can work on this layout and send it back to us.
•    Blank pages should be included into the print-ready file.
•    The trim size must be the same as the finished product size. And must have 5mm bleed
•    If the book is printed in two or more different languages with changes in black color, constant and change parts of layout must be supplied in a separate files: constant CMYK in one file and changing K parts in a separate files.
•    If there is more than 20 pages with corrections, new full file must be supplied (not only new pages).
